Every plan starts with thirty days on us, no card up front. We connect read-only and you approve every message type before a single one reaches a customer.

What people ask first.
Is there lock-in?
No. Month to month, cancel from the billing page yourself without emailing anyone. Chasing Co. stops sending the day you cancel, and your ledger is exactly as you left it, because unless you turned on write-back we only ever had read access.
Why is it this cheap?
Because the work is mostly software, and three of us with no sales team have a very low number to cover. A part-time bookkeeper doing the same chasing costs more in a week than Desk costs in a year. If we ever need to raise it we will tell existing customers first and honour their price for twelve months.
Who owns the data, and can I get it out?
You do. Threads, scores, matches, forecasts and the audit log export as CSV or JSON on any plan, any time, without having to ask. When you leave we generate the export for you rather than waiting to be chased for it. And we do not train models on your data.
What counts as an invoice?
One open receivable that Chasing Co. is actively working in a given month. Anything paid, voided or fully credited does not count. Go over your allowance and nothing breaks; if it happens two months running we will suggest the next tier. We do not cut you off mid-month or bill you a surprise overage.
Which currencies do you support?
AUD and SGD properly, including BPAY and PayNow matching. Invoices in other currencies are still tracked and still chased, you just have to confirm those payment matches yourself for now. Automatic matching for more currencies is being worked on.
How does the trial work?
Thirty days, the full plan, no card up front. We connect your ledger read-only and you watch what Chasing Co. would send before anything goes to a customer. If you stop there you pay nothing and we revoke our access.
How does cancellation work?
From the billing page, whenever you want. It takes effect at the end of the month you are in, and there is no notice period or exit fee. We send the full export and written confirmation that our tokens to your ledger have been revoked.
