What you just saw
Four things it does without being asked.
01 The message fits the channel Email gets a subject line and a sign-off. SMS stays short with a pay link. WhatsApp reads like a person typed it. Change the tone and all three rewrite.
02 Replies are read, not just logged "Paying Friday" holds the next reminder until Monday and moves the forecast. A broken promise gets a follow-up that mentions it.
03 Disputes go to a person "We only got half" is not a payment problem. Chasing stops for good and the account owner gets the thread.
